We are not recommending these companies nor are we liable for any work, advert or conditions they provide.
- We cannot guarantee the information given by our advertisers and therefore would strongly recommend that you discuss all aspects of any bookings with the owners personally.
- Our site must not be used for any reason other than to view or make legitimate inquiries to owners or service agents regarding your interest in particular property for rent or sale or to enquire about any other sales service provided.

- RedHotVillas.net cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any photographs sent to our offices resulting from errors or omission.
- The advertiser by submitting photographs to our site is stating that he holds the intellectual property rights and has secured all copyrights and permission from any person in the photograph, with respect to each submitted photograph, and description of the property and location.
The advertiser will agree that RedHotVillas.net and its affiliates are not liable from any cause of action arising from any misrepresentation with respect to any photographs submitted. - RedHotVillas.net does not guarantee that their web sites operation of will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- RedHotVillas.net are entitled to reproduce any photographic material supplied by the advertiser in the promotion of their property or service or for the promotion of RedHotVillas.net
- By accepting these terms and conditions you are accepting that all listings are bought with the sole intention of running for the full period that is chosen by the advertiser. Any advert removed by the advertiser prior to the completion of the full term will not be subject to a refund.
- RedHotVillas.net reserves the right to refuse any listing submitted to RedHotVillas.net.
- RedHotVillas.net reserves the right to remove your advert from the RedHotVillas.net site where there has been any unsuitable material found within your advert. No refunds will be paid.
- In the event we receive a complaint from a person who has paid for any service on the site which we at RedHotVillas.net considers to be well founded, or where you consistently double-book a property on the same date, then RedHotVillas.net reserves the right to remove your advert from the RedHotVillas.net web site without notice or refund.
- All payments for adverts must be made in Pounds Sterling paid either by major credit or debit cards, or a cheque drawn on a U.K. bank and are subject to UK Value Added Tax (VAT)
- As RedHotVillas.net services are sold in the United Kingdom, you agree that any cause of action you submit will be filed in Scotland UK, This will be the location or venue of any legal dispute. You are also agreeing that all disputes will be governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
